Huracan Maria: A Year Later, A Panel Discussion

As a part of the Change Initiative week, the CSI and the Library are teaming up to bring you “Huracán Maria: A Year Later.” Hear powerful speakers discuss how natural disasters can permanently impact a community. Commemorating the one year anniversary of the disaster of Hurricane Maria, this panel provides an opportunity to explore the emotional and secondhand trauma lived by Puerto Ricans and Virgin Islanders—including St. Thomas & St. Croix—both on the island and throughout the diaspora.
